When we say “young adult,” we mean so much more than age! This term is broad and flexible, as many of our YAS participants are balancing careers, families, and other responsibilities. Our goal is to create an inclusive space that values the diverse stages, responsibilities, and experiences of all those eager to serve and make an impact. While there may not be a perfect term, we’re committed to fostering a community that welcomes everyone on this path of service.
