Pastor Will James pastored for 45 years, the past 16 as Senior Pastor of the Paradise Valley SDA Church in San Diego, CA. While there, the PV Church began a ministry for refugees which has grown so large, Pastor Will retired as Senior Pastor so that he could volunteer full time as CEO in a ministry they are calling “Friendships For Hope.” He has written a book titled: “The Joys of Partnering With God; The Story of A Church That Did” (available on Amazon) telling the story of how the PV Church saw a need in their community and partnered with God to begin a ministry in their community for the immigrants and refugee. This ministry now provides over a million dollars of goods and services annually to the San Diego Community.
